NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions
of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and its amendments,
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within
one month from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

NOTICE.
In the matter of "The Public Works Act, 1905."
THE Education Board of the District of Wanganui
hereby gives public notice that it proposes to take,
under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” for
the purposes of a public school and playground, all those
pieces of land containing respectively one acre one rood
and thirty-five decimal nine poles, and one acre two roods
and decimal three poles, being parts of section numbered 1,
Tokorangi Native Reserve, in the Oroua Survey District,
in the County of Oroua, and that a plan of such land so
proposed to be taken is deposited and is open for inspection
at the office of the Oroua County Council, at Feilding; and
the said Education Board hereby also calls upon all persons
affected to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection
to the taking of such lands for the purposes aforesaid, and
to send such writing, within forty days from the 19th day
of December, 1907, when this notice is first published, to the
said Education Board of the District of Wanganui at its
office, Nixon Place, Wanganui.
