MINING NOTICES.
UNDER “THE MINING ACT, 1905.”
APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR A BY-WASH.
To the Warden of the Otago Mining District, at Waikaia.
PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the Nokomai Hydraulic Sluicing Company (Limited) hereby applies for a license for a by-wash as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Date and number of miner’s right: 7th January, 1907; No. 59896.
Address for service: The office of John Milne, Mining Agent, Waikaia.
Dated at Dunedin, this 1st day of November, 1907.

Locality of the by-wash and of its starting and terminal points: Situate on the north side of Foster’s Gully in freehold land of Ernest Soper, starting at the existing by-wash in the company’s race near the siphon, and terminating in Foster’s Creek a little below the siphon.
Length and intended course of by-wash: Length, about 36 chains; course, down hillside along existing course.
Its greatest depth and width: 12 ft.; 50 ft.
Estimated time and cost of construction: A few days; about £10.
Proposed term of license: Thirty-eight years.

THE REVIVAL GOLD - DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at my office, No. 2 High Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 4th December, 1907, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation required; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
