SCHEDULE.
All that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Tauranga County, commencing at a point on the south-western corner of Section 108 (at junction with road running in a northerly direction in the Parish of Te Papa), Block X, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction along southern boundary of Section 108, 4g, thence southerly through Section 111, thence easterly and northerly through the said Section 111, thence along the northern boundary of Section 26, thence southerly through the said Section 26, thence northerly through Section 18, thence along the southern boundaries of Sections 110B, 110A, to Waikareao Inlet, all of Block X, Tauranga Survey District, a distance of 1 mile 49 chains or thereabouts; as the said road is delineated on a plan marked R. 5132, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and lettered A.B., and coloured red.

Declaring a Road in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of October, 1907.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and three of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.
All that road in the Buller County known as the Denniston Hill Road, commencing in the Town of Harben, at the junction of Banbury Street with Cumming Street, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction for a distance of about 5 miles 62 chains, and terminating in the Town of Denniston at Boswell Street, near the north-western boundary of the Recreation Reserve, in the Nelson Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 23049, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.

Revoking Order in Council licensing James Bramley to use and occupy a Part of Foreshore at Totara North.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of October, 1907.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
Whereas by an Order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 92, of the tenth day of November in the same year, His Excellency the Governor in Council did, inter alia, in pursuance of the provisions of “The Harbours Act Amendment Act, 1883,” license James Bramley, of Whangaroa, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Totara North for the purpose of constructing and maintaining thereon a store in the position shown as number 32 on, and in accordance with, plan marked M.D. 2294, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, and upon and subject to the terms and conditions therein set forth
And whereas the said James Bramley desires that the said license should be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of all the powers enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council of the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, so far as it relates to the said James Bramley, but not further or otherwise.

Rules under “The Bankruptcy Act, 1892,” amended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of October, 1907.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities in that behalf conferred on him by “The Bankruptcy Act, 1892,” His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby, as from the date when this Order in Council takes effect, revoke Rule 25 of the rules made under the said Act on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of March then instant, and also Form No. 6 in the Appendix thereto, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the rule and prescribe the form set forth in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall take effect on and after the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

SCHEDULE.
Rule 25. Where a debtor is arrested under a warrant issued under section 88 of the Act, he shall be given into the custody of the Gaoler or keeper of the prison mentioned in the warrant, who shall produce such debtor before the Court as it may from time to time direct, and shall safely keep him until he finds sureties to the satisfaction of the Court that he will appear and attend from time to time as the Court may order until he is discharged by the Court; and any books, papers, moneys, and property belonging to the debtor which may be seized shall forthwith be lodged with the Official Assignee.

Whereas at the instance of the Official Assignee [or of , a creditor] it has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the Court by evidence taken upon oath that there is probable reason to suspect and believe that the said A. B., of , is about to go abroad [or quit his place of residence] with a view of defeating, delaying, or embarrassing proceedings under “The Bankruptcy Act, 1892.”
[Or that there is probable cause to suspect and believe that the said A. B. is about to remove his property, or some part of it, with a view of preventing or delaying such property being taken possession of for the purposes of “The Bankruptcy Act, 1892,” or that the said A. B. has concealed, or is about to conceal or destroy, his property, or some part of it, or his books, documents, or writings, or some or one of them]:
These are therefore to require you, the said , to take the said A. B. and to deliver him to the said keeper of the above-named prison, and you, the said , to receive the said A. B., and him safely to keep in the said prison until he finds sureties to the satisfaction of the Court that he will appear and attend from time to time as the Court may order until he is discharged by the Court.
