SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being Section 92 of Square 138 in Block I, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, towards the east by the Matakitaki River, and towards the south and west by a public road; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 56908/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 39 acres, more or less, being Section 93, Block XIII, Matiri Survey District, and comprising Old Section 93 of Square 138, and also some river marginal land. Bounded towards the north and east generally by a 1-chain reserve skirting the left bank of the Buller River; towards the south by Section 78 of Square 138, Block I, Tutaki Survey District, and by the production of the northern boundary of the said Section 78 easterly to the 1-chain reserve aforesaid, about 2000 links; and towards the west by a public road, about 4050 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 56908/3c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Trustees for the Romahapa Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand; do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north by a public road, 550 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 11, Block II, of the said district, 1066 links; towards the south-west by part of Section No. 1 of 2, Block II, of the said district, and the crossing of a road, 500 links; and towards the north-west by part of Section No. 2 of 2, Block II, of the said district, and the crossing of a road, 820 links: excluding from the area described an intersecting road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 53216, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. |
