Notifying Lands in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eight, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

Land temporarily reserved in the Westland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned: Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 16, Block XV, Township of Runanga. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 10, Block XV, of said township; towards the east by McGowan Street; towards the south by Mills Street; and towards the west by Section No. 15, Block XV aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57823/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For municipal purposes.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
ARCHIBALD KERR
to be a Trustee, in the place of William Wilson Kerr, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Rangataua Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

to be Trustees, in the place of George Spence and Albert Peter Agnew, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Tolago Bay Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
