Vesting Management of Turua Wharves in the Thames Harbour Board.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of October, 1907.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of “The Harbours Act, 1878,” it is enacted that the Governor in Council may vest the management of any wharf the property of His Majesty in any local governing body or person, upon such terms and conditions as the Governor in Council thinks fit: And whereas it is thought desirable to vest the management of the wharves at Turua, situated in the Thames County, in the Thames Harbour Board (hereinafter called “the Board”):

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the power and authorities in anywise enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby vest the management of the Turua wharves which are shown on the plan marked 3113, and deposited in the Marine Department, at Wellington, in the Board for a period of fourteen years from the date hereof.

Consenting to closing Road in Blocks VI, X, and XI, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of October, 1907.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:

And whereas the Waipawa County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waipawa County Council closing the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Consenting to closing Part of Road in Blocks X and XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Kirikiri roa Road District.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of October, 1907.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:

And whereas the Kirikiri roa Road Board has applied for such consent in respect to the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Kirikiri roa Road Board closing the portion of the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Litchfield to Atiamuri Road, in the Piako County, to be a County Road.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of October, 1907.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.


SCHEDULE.

All that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Piako County, commencing at a point on Piako and West Taupo County boundary in Block XII, Patetere South Survey District, and proceeding in a northerly direction through Tokoroa No. 1 Block to the south-western corner of Section 45, Block IV, Patetere South
