SCHEDULE.
AHIKOUKA RIVER DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Tiffin Survey District, bounded towards the north-west by Udy’s Road from its junction with North Street to the Waiohine River; thence towards the north and east generally by the Waiohine River to the Muhunoa or Kempton’s Creek; thence towards the south-west by the said Muhunoa or Kempton’s Creek to the Channel Reserve; thence by the Channel Reserve to the Greytown-Carterton Road; thence by the last-mentioned road to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 119, Township of Greytown; thence by that road and the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 119, 117, 115, 113, and 111 to North Street; and thence by North Street to its junction with Udy’s Road, the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Revoking Proclamations under which certain Goods are prohibited to be imported.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by section sixty-seven of “The Customs Laws Consolidation Act, 1882,” and section six of “The Customs Duties Amendment Act, 1900,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the two Proclamations made under the said Acts on the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five, and the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five, and gazetted on the twenty-first and twenty-eighth days of September, one thousand nine hundred and five respectively, proclaiming and ordering that the importation into New Zealand of tincture of lemon and tincture of sweet orange-peel made according to the standard laid down in any recognised pharmacopoeia is prohibited.

Revoking Proclamation exempting Crown Land from Occupation under “The Mining Act, 1905.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by “The Mining Act, 1905,” and all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation published in Gazette No. 41, of the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, exempting that area of land situated in the Hauraki Mining District and described in the Schedule hereto from occupation for mining purposes, or for water-races, dams, or reservoirs, or for machine, business, or residence sites, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement about 150 acres, situate in Aroha Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Te Ruakaka Block and a public road; towards the north-east by part of Section No. 17, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; towards the south-east generally by other part of Section No. 17 aforesaid and part of Te Aroha Township and railway reserve; and towards the west by a public road: as the same is delineated on plan marked S.G. 35364, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Native Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Kaihu No. 1a Block, Block II, Kaihu Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of September, 1907.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required for a public work, to wit, for the purpose of a road in the Kaihu No. 1a, Block II, Kaihu Survey District
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown:
And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of “The Public Works Act, 1905”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon the map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road; and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
