Removal of Order forbidding the Registering, Forwarding, or Delivery of Postal Correspondence addressed to A. J. Tarrant, Christchurch.

THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the person whose name and address is shown hereunder is no longer engaged in advertising the treatment of diseases of the sexual organs, hereby rescinds the order made, under section 9 of “The Post Office Act Amendment Act, 1906,” dated the 11th day of May, 1907, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of May, 1907, forbidding that any postal packet addressed to such person shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand, and orders that such postal packets addressed to such person shall be registered, forwarded, and delivered in the usual course.

THE following decision of the Commissioners appointed under “The Timaru Harbour District Act, 1906,” is published in accordance with section 5 of the said Act.

In the matter of “The Timaru Harbour District Act, 1906.”

BE it remembered as follows:—

Whereas by an instrument under his hand dated the 25th day of July, 1907, reciting that, pursuant to the above-mentioned Act, the Timaru Harbour Board had appointed Albert Kaye, Esquire, of Christchurch, Grain-merchant, and the Waimate Borough Council had appointed Ernest Page Lee, Esquire, of Oamaru, Solicitor, to be Commissioners for the purpose of inquiring, as provided by the said Act, whether it is just and equitable that the Borough of Waimate be included in the Timaru Harbour District, and if the decision is in the affirmative, then from what date it should be included, the terms of its inclusion, and otherwise, as mentioned in section 2 of the said Act, the Colonial Secretary did, pursuant to the powers in that behalf contained in the said Act, appoint the undersigned, Frederick Revans Chapman, being a Judge of the Supreme Court of
