I, HERBERT BERTRAM, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery of Glasgow University, now residing in Devonport, Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 24th October next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualifications in the office of the Registrar at Auckland.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Auckland on the 5th day of September, 1907, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Auckland on the 21st day of September, the following special resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under “The Companies Act, 1903,” and that Mr. W. STANLEY COOPER, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
