NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company held at Dunedin on Thursday, 19th day of September, 1907, the following resolutions were passed:—

1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under “The Companies Act, 1903.”
2. That Mr. CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
