At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of September, 1907.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work, to wit, for the purpose of a road in Kuhawaea No. 2 Block, No. 4836b, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District:
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown:
And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of “The Public Works Act, 1905”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road; and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Auckland Harbour Board, being a leasing authority within the meaning of “The Public Bodies’ Powers Act, 1887,” has requested that these presents should issue, and it appears expedient to make the order hereinafter contained:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Auckland Harbour Board shall, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, be subject to the provisions of sections two and three of “The Public Bodies’ Powers Act 1887 Amendment Act, 1891.”

Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Waimarino Acclimatisation District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by “The Fisheries Conservation Act, 1884,” and its amendments, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation for that part of the Dominion known as the Waimarino Acclimatisation District, which district includes the County of Waimarino:—
REGULATION.
No person shall take or catch more than twenty trout or more than thirty pounds weight of trout in any one day.
