Appointing Enumerators under “The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1895.”—Notice No. 1143.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The Agricultural and Pastoral Statistics Act, 1895,” I, Robert McNab, Minister for Agriculture, hereby appoint the following officers of the Department of Agriculture to be Enumerators for the districts specified:—

WE, three of the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in exercise of the power in us in this behalf vested by section 32 of “The Supreme Court Act, 1882,” or otherwise howsoever, do hereby order as follows:—
The Supreme Court and the offices of the said Court throughout the colony shall be closed on Thursday, the 26th day of September instant, in honour of the occasion of the celebration of Dominion Day.

IT having been reported to me that the SEARS’ HIGH LIGHT PROCESS COMPANY (LIMITED) has ceased to carry on business, I hereby give notice that at the expiration of three months from this date the name of such company will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved.
