(c.) To the owner of such dairy or any person employed by him in or about the dairy, except in so far as he or such person is the owner of any premises to which the regulations lawfully apply, or is employed in or about the same.

(2.) A copy of every regulation made by the Council under the powers hereby conferred shall be forwarded to the Colonial Secretary within seven days after the making of the same, and the Colonial Secretary may at any time within six months of the making of such regulation disallow the same.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by "The Agricultural and Pastoral Statistics Act, 1895" (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and direct that the account described in section two of the said Act shall be taken on the fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by "The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1877," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Kelso Agricultural and Pastoral Society, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said society agreeably to the rules of the said society and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style and title of "The Kelso Agricultural and Pastoral Society."

Exempting Portion of Eden Vale Road, in the Borough of Mount Eden, from the Provisions of Section 117 of "The Public Works Act, 1905," subject to certain Conditions as to the Building-line.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of September, 1907.

His Excellency The Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of "The Public Works Act, 1905," it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of a road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council:

And whereas by section three of "The Public Works Act Amendment Act, 1906," it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions as the Governor by Order in Council thinks fit to impose:

And whereas in August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, the Council of the Borough of Mount Eden, the local authority having control of the street known as Eden Vale Road, being the street described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said street:

And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved, subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby approve of the said resolution, subject to the conditions that that portion of the street be widened to forty feet and that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of street in the Auckland Land District known as Eden Vale Road, in the Borough of Mount Eden, fronting the properties of Mrs. O'Keefe and Edward Jones, and being that portion of Eden Vale Road extending from the northern angle of the said street to its junction with Mount Eden Road, a distance of about 4 chains; as the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 7364, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon lettered A.B.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby approve of the said resolution, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the said roads within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre of the said roads in each case.

SCHEDULE.
All that road abutting on Sections 35 and 36, Block XII, Oamaru Survey District; also that road along the southern boundary of Section 32, Block XII, Oamaru Survey District;
