All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Cancelling a Proclamation taking Land for a Street through Part of Section 25, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section twenty-three of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice cancel and annul the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54, page 1428, of the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and two, taking lands in Section 25, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, for the purpose of a street in the Borough of Lower Hutt, and such Proclamation above mentioned shall be absolutely void and of none effect from the date of the same.

Cancelling Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Use, Convenience, and Enjoyment of the Tauranga–Rotorua Road, Block XII, Rotorua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the power conferred by section twenty-three, subsection (1), of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby cancel and annul that portion of the Proclamation dated the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 76, pages 2680–1, of the 29th August, 1907, taking three acres of land in Mangorewa-Kaharoa Block, Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Tauranga–Rotorua Road, and such portion of such Proclamation shall be absolutely void and of none effect from the date of the same.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.
