IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 2 of “The Towns Main Streets Act, 1902,” I, Robert McNab, Minister of Lands, do hereby authorise the laying-off of Wallace Road, in the Township of Waipukurau Extension No. 5, Hawke’s Bay Land District, of a width of not less than 66 ft., instead of 99 ft. as prescribed by section 17 of “The Land Act, 1892.”
