PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, John Hessey, of Masterton, Mine-owner, hereby applies for a license for a water-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Dated at Tauranga, this 13th day of July, 1907.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: No. 2—Te Puke, on Raparapahoe Stream. Starting at the Falls, and about 20 chains below the present Te Puke Company’s battery-site, and terminating on Raparapahoe Stream below junction of Waipahu and Raparapahoe Streams, below lower boundary of the Te Puke Gold Reefs Company’s property.
