MAHARA ROYAL GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at the office of the company, Nos. 11 and 12 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 17th day of June, 1907, the following special resolutions were passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company held at the same place on the 8th day of July, 1907, the said resolutions were duly confirmed, viz.:
- That it is desirable that the Mahara Royal Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.
- That JOSEPH BERNARD SHEATH, of Auckland, Legal Manager, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
