All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 845 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections Nos. 15, 16, and 17, Block XIII, Greenvale Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the abutment of a road-line, and by part of Run No. 212e, Block XVI, in the said district, 3833 links; towards the east by a road-line, 337·4 links, and by Sections Nos. 18, 10, and 9 of said Block XIII, 13479·9 links; towards the south-west and west generally by a road-line, 22350 links: be all the aforesaid linkages, more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 47160/234a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamations dated the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, and the second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and six, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, and the eleventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and six, setting apart lands for the Paorae Improved-farm Special Settlement, in so far as they relate to the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourth day of July, 1907.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Wharekopae No. 1b3, Section 1, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District:
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown:
And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of “The Public Works Act, 1905”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road; and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
