HIS Excellency the Governor has, in pursuance of section 3 of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904,” been pleased to appoint

FINCH OWEN FARMER

to be a member of the Taupo Domain Board, in the place of Joseph Gallagher, resigned.

This appointment supersedes the one made on the 19th December, 1906, and notified in the New Zealand Gazette of the 20th December, 1906, in which the name was erroneously given as Finch Owen.

Approval of Fees for licensing of Vehicles fixed by By-law, Masterton County Council.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with section 311 of “The Counties Act, 1886,” that so much of the Masterton County Traffic By-law, 1906, made by the Masterton County Council, and sealed on the 25th day of August, 1906, as appoints the several sums to be paid to the Masterton County funds for the licensing of vehicles has this day been approved by His Excellency the Governor.
