In the matter of Letters Patent No. 6545, granted to JOHN WILLIAM WADE, of Gisborne, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Plumber, for an invention of Wade’s “Improved Iron Skylight-frame,” bearing date the 13th day of November, 1893.
Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the said JOHN WILLIAM WADE to present a petition to His Excellency the Governor praying that the said Letters Patent may be extended for a further term.

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, THOMAS EDWIN KILWORTH and EDMUND MANCHESTER, in the business of Engineers, Plumbers, and General Commission Agents has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and the business will henceforth be carried on by the said Edmund Manchester alone, who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities and receive all moneys payable to the said late firm.

PRIVATE BILL.
In the matter of a proposed Bill or Act intituled “An Act to vest the Lands and Property now held by the Trustees of Saint Andrew’s Church, under ‘The Saint Andrew’s Church (Wellington) Trustees Incorporation Act, 1873,’ and its Amendment, in ‘The Presbyterian Church Property Trustees,’ incorporated by ‘The Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885’; and to make Further Provisions in relation to such Lands and Property.”
Pursuant to the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to private Bills, the Trustees of Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Wellington (the intending petitioners), give notice that, within fourteen days of the meeting of the General Assembly of New Zealand to be held next after the date of this notice, a petition will be presented to the General Assembly of New Zealand, through the Honourable the Speaker and members of the House of Representatives, by them, praying and applying for leave to bring in a private Bill, to be called “The Saint Andrew’s Church (Wellington) Trustees Empowering Act, 1907.”
The objects of the said application and Bill are as follows:—
A. To provide that the lands described in the First Schedule thereto, containing 45¼ perches, more or less, as described in certificates of title, Volume 6, folio 83, and Volume 7, folio 169 (being the lands fronting Wellington Terrace on which Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and the old manse are erected), shall, without any assignment, transfer, conveyance, or other assurance, vest in and be held by the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees, as incorporated by “The Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885,” upon trust, to permit the same to be for ever appropriated and used as and for the congregation of Saint Andrew’s Church, Wellington, in connection with the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand; and to provide that the lands described in the Second Schedule thereto, and being, firstly, all that piece or parcel of land, containing 256 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being the section numbered 27 and part of 28 on the plan of the Turakina District; secondly, all that piece of land fronting Hill Street, Wellington, containing 21½ perches, more or less, with the dwellinghouse thereon erected, as described in certificate of title, Volume 15, folio 86; and, thirdly, all that piece of land, containing 1 acre and 1 perch, being section numbered 596 of the Town of Halcombe, as described in Volume 27, folio 281, shall, with all other property, funds, and moneys belonging to Saint Andrew’s Church aforesaid now in the possession or under the control of the Trustees of the said Church, without any assignment, transfer, or conveyance, vest in and be held by the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees, as incorporated by “The Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885,” upon trust, to apply the net rents, income, and interest thereof in or towards the support of the Minister and the maintenance of religious worship in Saint Andrew’s Church aforesaid.
B. To provide that, subject to the trusts hereinbefore mentioned, all the provisions contained in “The Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885,” shall apply to the lands, buildings, and other property, funds, and moneys by the said Bill proposed to be vested in the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees.
C. To provide that the last paragraph of section 15 of “The Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885,” shall be modified so far as the same relates to the lands and property proposed to be dealt with by the said Bill.
D. To provide that “The Saint Andrew’s Church (Wellington) Trustees Incorporation Act, 1873,” and “The Saint Andrew’s Church (Wellington) Trustees Act 1873 Amendment Act, 1877,” shall be repealed.
A copy of the said petition and Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders within fourteen days after the commencement of the said session.

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, ALBERT JOHN GRAHAM and RICHARD EDWARD WIDDOWS, carrying on business as Tea-merchants at His Majesty’s Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, under the style or firm of “Graham and Widdows,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the undersigned Albert John Graham, who will continue to carry on the said business alone, under the style or firm of “A. J. Graham.”
