KIRWAN’S REWARD GOLD - MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
INCORPORATED UNDER “THE MINING COMPANIES ACT, 1904.”
AT an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held on Friday, the 12th day of April, 1907, the following resolutions were carried unanimously:—
- “That the necessary steps be taken to wind up this company voluntarily, in accordance with sections 220, (b), and 91 of ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
- “That B. P. McMahon be appointed Liquidator, with the Directors to act as an Advisory Board, and at a fee of £25.”
- “That the whole of the property be sold as a going concern, in one lot, by tender; and in the event of no satisfactory tender being received, the property shall be sold by public auction.”
At a special meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1907, it was unanimously carried: “That the special resolutions of the meeting held on Friday, the 12th day of April, 1907, be confirmed as read.”

APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR A WATER-RACE.
To the Warden of the Otago Mining District, at Black’s.
PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, James Clouston, of Beck’s, Farmer, and Archibald Brown, of Lauder, Farmer, hereby apply for a license for a water-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Dates and numbers of miners’ rights: 4th July, 1906, No. 55966; 29th April, 1907, No. 62582.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Commencing at a point in the Lauder Creek, in Section 5, Block V, Lauder District, the freehold lands of Messrs. John and James Sheppard, and running in a southerly direction through freehold lands, being Section 4, same block and district, owned by the said Archibald Brown, and terminating at boundary of Section 14, same block and district, owned by the said James Clouston.
