ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of April, 1907.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. HALL-JONES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in the Kaingapokeno Block No. 3717, Block VI, Kaeo Survey District:
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown:
And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of “The Public Works Act, 1905”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon the map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road, and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King, as from the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Consenting to closing Road in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District, Waitotara County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, 1907.

THE HONOURABLE W. HALL-JONES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Waitotara County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the road described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby consent to the Waitotara County Council closing the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of May, 1907.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Waipapa Road, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a Government road.
