PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, Albert J. Manuel, William J. Manuel, David M. Manuel, and Susan Manuel, of Coal Creek, Miners, being the holders of the license specified in the Schedule, hereby apply for a renewal thereof for a term of fifteen years, commencing on the expiry of the current term.

Address for service: Care of Robert Cockburn, Mining Agent, Roxburgh.

Dated at Roxburgh, this 22nd day of March, 1907.

NEW ECLIPSE GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the New Eclipse Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at No. 109 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 22nd day of March, 1907, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on the 17th day of April, 1907, the subjoined resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:

“That the New Eclipse Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1904.”

And at the last above-named meeting HENRY GILFILLAN, the younger, company secretary, of Auckland, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
