Section and Ports on the Manukau Harbour.
Reapers-and-binders and seed-drills booked through
between stations on the Auckland Section and ports on
the Manukau Harbour will be charged 20s. and 10s.
each respectively, for conveyance by steamer, in addition
to the railway rates and charges to or from Onehunga Wharf as specified in Parts III, IV, and VI
hereof.
Class K.-Timber.
Insert-
Log timber, Waitakerei to Auckland, will be charged
ls. per 100 sup. feet.
Cancel-
Tawa timber from Mamaku to Komata-Thames and
intermediate stations will be charged at the rates for
white-pine timber.
Insert-
Tawa timber from Mamaku to Waihi-Thames and
intermediate stations will be charged at the rates for
white-pine timber.
WELLINGTON - NAPIER - NEW PLYMOUTH SECTION.
Insert-
The maximum rate for rimu not otherwise specified,
consigned from sawmills at Mangamaire to Lower Hutt,
Wellington, and intermediate stations, will be 2s. 9d.
per 100 superficial feet.
Picton Section.
Insert-
Through Booking between Wellington or the Port
(Nelson) and Stations on Picton Section.
Malt booked through between Wellington and stations
between Picton and Blenheim, inclusive, and between
the Port (Nelson) and stations between Picton and Blenheim, inclusive, landed at or shipped from Picton, will
be charged 9d. per sack for conveyance by rail and
steamer, including wharfage at Picton, loading or unloading, and use of tarpaulins.
Hurunui-Bluff Section.
Insert-
Pelts : Fairfield to Pareora.
Pelts from Fairfield to Pareora will be charged
17s. 6d. per ton, minimum quantity 4 tons per four-wheeled truck; owners to load and unload.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road through the Kaingapokeno
Block No. 3717, Block VI, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County.
NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under
the authority of section 93 of "The Public Works Act,
1905," that the road described in the Schedule hereto was,
on the 4th November, 1905, duly taken and laid off through
the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority
of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated the
8th July, 1905.

Sir,-With reference to Mr. Chamberlain's Circular despatch of the 25th of July, 1901, I have the honour to transmit to you, for publication in the Colony, a copy of an Order of His Majesty in Council giving effect to a Supplementary Convention between the United Kingdom and the United States of America for the extradition of fugitive criminals signed on the 12th of April, 1905, the ratifications of which were exchanged at Washington on the 21st of December, 1906.
