THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the
road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Mako-
hine Valley Road, shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
MAKOHIINE VALLEY ROAD.
ALL that portion of the road known as the Makohine Valley
Road, in the Rangitikei County and Wellington Land Dis-
trict, commencing at its junction with the Mangaweka-Te
Kapua Road, and proceeding generally in a southerly direc-
tion, fronting Section 10 and part of Section 11, Block IX,
Hautapu Survey District, being a distance of about
34 chains; as the said road is delineated on a plan marked
R. 848, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of
Roads, Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured crimson lake.

Declaring Murray Road, Westland County, to be a County
Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth
day of April, 1907.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare
that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
MURRAY ROAD.
ALL that road in the Westland Land District, situated in
the Westland County, and known as Murray Road, com-
mencing from its junction with Kokatahi Flat Road, and
proceeding in a north-easterly direction between Sec-
tions 567 and 1742 to the northern boundary of the said
sections, a distance of about half a mile; as the said road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161/07,
deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, coloured pink
thereon, and lettered A.B.

Declaring Part of Ohura Road South of Paorae Stream, in
the County of Stratford, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
fourth day of April, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Ex-
cellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that
the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that part of the Ohura Road, in the County of Stratford,
in the Land District of Taranaki, commencing from a point
at 38 miles 6 chains from the centre of Broadway, Stratford,
and proceeding generally north-easterly to a point 44 miles
19 chains from the said centre of Broadway, Stratford, a
distance of 6 miles 13 chains; as the said road is more
particularly delineated on a plan marked R. 731x, deposited
in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured
black, and lettered B.C. thereon.

Declaring Waitaha Settlement Road, Westland County, to be
a County Road.

County, known as Waitaha Settlement Road, commencing
from its junction with the Main South Road, and proceeding
in a south-easterly direction a distance of about 6 miles
through the Waitaha Settlement to the Waitaha River, and
terminating at the south-west corner of Section 795, Block IV,
Mount Bonar Survey District; as the said road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161/07A,
deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, coloured blue
thereon.

Declaring Roads in Waipawa County to be County Roads.

OTAMARAHO ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District,
known as the Otamaraho Road, commencing from its junc-
tion with Kumeti Road at the north-west corner of Sec-
tion 15, Block I, Tahoraiti Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a north-eastern direction for a distance of 80 chains
to a point about 12 chains from the north-west corner of
Section 25 of the said block; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on a plan marked R. 7741, deposited in the
office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
KUMETI ROAD.
Also all that road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District,
known as the Kumeti Road, commencing from its junction
with Otamaraho Road, and proceeding in a south-easterly
direction a distance of about 2 miles 72 chains to its junction
with Freeland Road; as the said road is more particularly
delineated on a plan marked R. 7741, deposited in the office
of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wel-
ington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
RUAROA ROAD.
Also all that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land
District, known as Ruaroa Road, commencing from its
junction with the Kumeti Road, and proceeding thence to
the most southern point of Section 4, Block I, Tahoraiti
Survey District, a distance of 80 chains; as the said road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 7741,
deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured yellow.
