Lands proclaimed as a Road in Small Grazing-run 32 and Small Grazing-run 41, Block X, Hangaroa Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Cook County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Hangaroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of Lands hereby proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 6 2 0 Lot 1, S.G.R. 32 X Hangaroa R. 624 Purple.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block V, Sections 14 and 65, Mahurangi Survey District, Koura-whereo Parish, Rodney County.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Rodney Council Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Mahurangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and lessee of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Southland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in the Toetoes Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
