IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1877,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Whakatane Agricultural and Pastoral Association, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said association, agreeably to the rules of the said association and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style and title of “The Whakatane Agricultural and Pastoral Association.”
