NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders of the above-named company will be held in my office, No. 37 Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 13th day of May, 1907, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having a certified account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by me as Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the liquidator, shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Junction Electric Gold-dredging Company (Limited) held at the Stock Exchange, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 19th April, 1907, the following extraordinary resolution was unanimously carried :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly; and that Mr. R. T. WHEELER be appointed Liquidator.”
