NO. 16383.—Frederick Hall, of Gisborne, in the Colony of New Zealand, Painter and Plumber, registered as licensee of full leave and liberty, solely and exclusively, to make, exercise, and vend the invented article called the “improvements in skylights,” for use within the present-constituted boundaries of Cook, Wairoa, and Waiapu, in the North Island of said colony, but not elsewhere, during the unexpired term of fourteen years for which the patent has been granted to the licensee, and for no longer. No. 18548.—Notification of agreement entered on the Register between John Henry Brown and Robert James Dickie, of the one part, and Edward Charles Evelyn Mills, Peter Heyes, and William Joseph Napier, of the other part, with reference, inter alia, to the contribution by the said John Henry Brown of the whole of his interest in the New Zealand rights to the automatic stamp and ticket vending machine (referred to in the deed of assignment of the 16th March, 1907, between the parties to this agreement), it being the intention of the parties to this agreement that the said John Henry Brown shall have no further interest in the said New Zealand rights.
