A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of the following provisional certificates of title:
ROBERT MOLESWORTH TOLHURST, formerly of
Wellington but now of Opotiki, Solicitor, for part of
Lots 36 and 37 on Deposited Plan No. 1070, together with a
right of way at all times and for all purposes over Lots 34
and 35 on the said deposited plan, Titahi Township, and
being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 106, folio 299;
HENRY GALBRAITH, of Te Wharau, Wairarapa, Sheep-
farmcr, for Lots 211 and 212 on Deposited Plan No. 83,
part Rural Section 231, Township of Sandon, being all the
land in certificate of title, Vol. 16, folio 234: and evidence
having been lodged of the loss of the said certificates of title,
I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional cer-
tificates of title as requested unless caveat be lodged for-
bidding the same on or before the 10th day of April, 1907.

THE ELTHAM AND MANGATOKI FARMERS’ CO-
OPERATIVE STORES CO. (LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the Eltham and
Mangatoki Farmers’ Co-operative Stores Co. (Limited),
duly convened, and held at Eltham on the 9th day of Feb-
ruary, 1907, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and
at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said
company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on
the 2nd day of March, 1907, the subjoined special resolution
was duly confirmed: “That the company be wound up volun-
tarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
And at the last-mentioned meeting Messieurs Jacob Marx,
George Preece, David Lyon Abbott Astbury, Henry Parker
Best, Edward Revell, Thos. Carman, and Bradshaw Dive were
appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
