Vesting a Reserve in the Utuwai Hall and Public Library Association (Incorporated).
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of January, 1907.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a site for a public hall:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Utuwai Hall and Public Library Association (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the thirty-second section of “The Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1906,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Utuwai Hall and Public Library Association (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for a public hall.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 8, Makoura Village. Bounded towards the north by Makoura Road; towards the east by Section No. 9, in the said village; towards the south by Section No. 10; and towards the west by Section No. 7: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55209, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Kiwitea County Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for road and ferry purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Kiwitea County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the twenty-fifth section of “The Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1906,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Kiwitea County, in trust, for road and ferry purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 37 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 108, Block XIV, Apiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north, east, and south generally by the road reserve along the bank of the Oroua River; and towards the west by Section No. 21 in the said Block XIV, and by the said road reserve along the bank of the Oroua River: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 25690, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Wanganui Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of January, 1907.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for municipal purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Wanganui Borough Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Wanganui, in trust, for municipal purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 701A, Town of Wanganui. Bounded towards the north-east by Indus Street; towards the south by Asylum Road; and towards the north-west by Ingestre Street: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 48802A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Certain Queenstown Reserves brought under “The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1906.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of January, 1907.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1906,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserves vested in the Crown for public purposes by virtue of “The Queenstown Reserves Act, 1905,” and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby brought under the first-mentioned Act, and also that the control of the said reserves is hereby vested in the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the said first-mentioned Act, and also that the said reserves shall be administered under that Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land lying on the northern shore of Lake Wakatipu, situated in the Town of Queenstown, extending in length from Hay Street to the south-western boundary of the township reserve, and in breadth from high-water mark of lake to a line 1 chain distant from the frontage-lines of Blocks VIII, XXVI, XXVII, and XXVIII, exclusive only of the area occupied by Section No. 1 of Block XVII; and also all that piece or parcel of land situated in the Town of Queenstown and on the north-eastern shore of Queenstown Bay, extending in length from Block XIV to Horne Creek, and in breadth from high-water mark of lake to a line parallel to the frontage-line of Blocks III and XXV, and 1 chain distant from same, exclusive only of the area occupied by Section No. 1 of Block LI.
Also all that parcel of land containing 33 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less, situated in the Provincial District of Otago, being the parcel of land described as “Peninsula Reserve” on the record map of the Town of Queenstown, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
