(b.) Busts, shields, plaques, brooches, badges, charms,
and other mementos made of copper from the
“Victory” and “Foudroyant,” sold or distributed
in connection with the “Victory” stall at the
Exhibition in aid of the funds of the British and
Foreign Sailors’ Society.

  1. Where show-cases, stands, fittings, or materials imported
    for the purpose of the Exhibition and used in the Exhi-
    bition buildings or grounds by any exhibitor are sold, re-
    moved, or disposed of for use or consumption in New
    Zealand, the Collector shall assess them at a fair value for
    duty after making allowance for depreciation in value
    through use, and the duties of Customs shall be paid on
    them in accordance with such assessment, which shall be
    final.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Moeraki Domain.


PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of January, 1907.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and
the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards
Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby
revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the ninth day of
November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six,
delegating powers to the Moeraki Domain Board, and doth
hereby appoint

JOHN BRAIDFORD,
JOSHUA DUNGEY,
JOHN DICK,
JOSEPH CULLING,
ALFRED HULL,
NEIL CULLING, and
ANDREW CARMICHAEL

to be the Moeraki Domain Board, having, subject to the
said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule
hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called
the Moeraki Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Satur-
day, the nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and seven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Schoolhouse, Moeraki, as the place where, the first
meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 19 acres and 14 perches, more or less, being
Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block XIV, Township of Moeraki.
Bounded towards the north-east generally by the sea, Sec-
tion No. 17, Block II, Moeraki Survey District: towards
the west generally by Section No. 7, Block XIII, Township
of Moeraki, Almwich Street; Sections Nos. 6 and 5, said
Block XIII, Menai Street; Sections Nos. 3 and 2, said
Block XIII, Milford Street; Section No. 1, Block XIV;
Sections Nos. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, Block IX, Township of
Moeraki aforesaid, and the north-eastern boundary-line of
the last-mentioned section produced to the sea.

Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 15, Block II, Township of Moeraki.
Bounded towards the north generally by the sea; towards
the east by Crown lands, 205 links; towards the south by
Haven Street, 1200 links; and towards the west by Crown
lands, 230 links.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 29040, de-
posited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wel-
ington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mackenzie Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of January, 1907.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the
amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act,
1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke
a certain Order in Council, dated the twelfth day of
May, one thousand nine hundred and three, delegating
powers to the Mackenzie Domain Board, and doth hereby
appoint

WILLIAM THOMAS ROBINSON,
GEORGE WILLIAM FORBES,
GEORGE WILLIAM CRAMPTON,
JONATHAN GILBERT,
THOMAS LEWIS,
JOHN HAWDON BARNES OLIVER, and
WILLIAM HODGSON

to be the Mackenzie Domain Board, having, subject to the
said Acts, control of the lands enumerated in the Schedule
hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called
the Mackenzie Domain; and also doth hereby appoint
Monday, the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and seven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Public Hall, Mackenzie, as the place
where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.
