- In case the licensee shall—
(1.) Commit or suffer a breach of the conditions herein-
before set forth, or any of them; or
(2.) Cease to use or occupy the said warehouse and
offices for the purposes aforesaid;
(3.) Become bankrupt, or be in any manner brought
under the operation of any Act in force for the
time being relating to bankruptcy; or
(4.) Fail to pay the sums specified in clause two of these
conditions,
then and in any of the said cases this Order in Council,
and every license, right, power, or privilege thereby con-
ferred, may be revoked and determined by the Governor in
Council, without any notice to the licensee or other proceed-
ing whatsoever; and publication in the New Zealand Gazette
of an Order in Council containing such revocation shall be
sufficient notice to the licensee, and to all persons concerned
or interested, that this Order in Council, and the license,
rights, and privileges thereby granted and conferred, have
been revoked and determined. - The erection of the said warehouse and offices shall be
sufficient evidence of the acceptance by the licensee of the
terms and conditions of this Order in Council.

Consenting to closing Part of Mill Road through R.S. 4312,
Block XIV, Waimate Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of January, 1907.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three
of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” it is enacted
that a local authority shall not declare any county or
district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be
deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the
Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Waimate County Council has applied
for such consent in respect to the road described in the
Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-
in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby consent to the Waimate County Council
closing the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section two of “The Training-ships
Act, 1906,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, do hereby declare the New Zealand steamship
“Amokura” to be a training-ship under the above-
mentioned Act.

Regulations for the Appointment of Staff and Enrolment of Boys in New Zealand Training-ships.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of January, 1907.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section four of “The Training-ships
Act, 1906,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, do hereby make the regulations set forth in the Schedule hereto
for the purposes of the said Act, and do hereby declare that
such regulations shall come into force on the seventh day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
SCHEDULE.
- In these regulations, where not inconsistent with the context,—
“The Minister” means the Minister of Defence for the time being:
“The training-ship” means any ship or vessel declared to be a training-ship under “The Training-ships Act, 1906.” - Applications for enrolment in the training-ships must be made in writing on the form laid down, and addressed to
