THE NEW SAXON GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of the company, Nos. 11 and 12 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand, on the 29th day of October, 1907, the following resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 15th day of November, 1907, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—
That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that JOSEPH BERNARD SHEATH be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
