I, WILLIAM LAURENCE SIMPSON, Manager of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare,—

  1. That the liability of the company is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £50,000, divided into 10,000 shares of £5 each.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 10,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been made, from which the sum of £10,000 has been received.
  5. That the amount of money received as executor of estates under administration for the twelve months to 30th September, 1906, was £70,548 12s. 5d.
  6. That the amount of money paid as executor of estates under administration for the twelve months to 30th September, 1906, was £141,555 5s. 9d.
  7. That the amount of money held as executor to the credit of estates under administration was at 30th September, 1906, £4,363 8s.
  8. That the amount remaining in the company’s hands at 30th September, 1906, to the credit of estates for which the company is executor, co-executor, trustee, or co-trustee, which sum is represented by either cash, or securities, or both, was £958,107 19s. 8d.
  9. That the liabilities and assets of the company in terms of its balance-sheet were at 30th September, 1906, as follows:—

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.

I, ANDREW BADCOCK, formerly of Burliscombe, in the County of Devon, in England, but now of Christchurch, in the Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, do hereby give notice that I have assumed, and intend henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and be called and known by, the surname of “Badock” only, in lieu of and substitution for my present surname of “Badcock”; and that such intended change or assumption of name is formally declared and evidenced by a deed poll under my hand and seal dated this day, and intended to be forthwith enrolled in the Supreme Court Office, at Christchurch, in the Colony of New Zealand.

In testimony whereof I do hereby sign and subscribe myself by such my intended future name.

Dated this eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.
