Trustees for the Whangamomona Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 25, Block I, Mahoe Survey District, 905·1 links; towards the north-east by the Whangamomona Road, 340·7 links and 148·8 links; towards the south generally by Section No. 12, Block I, Mahoe Survey District, 1333·3 links; and towards the west by town reserve (Whangamomona), 130 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52111, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. |

Arrangements for First Election, &c., Kawhia Town District, County of Kawhia.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint
JAMES KENNEDY NEWTON, of Kawhia,
to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of the Commissioners of the Town District of Kawhia, County of Kawhia, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881”; also to appoint Monday, the 12th day of November, 1906, to be the time, and the County Chambers of the Kawhia County Council at Kawhia to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Monday, the 19th day of November, 1906, at seven o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said County Chambers at Kawhia to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.

GEORGE BLACKETT, of Raglan,
to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of the Commissioners of the Town District of Raglan, County of Raglan, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881”; also to appoint Saturday, the 17th day of November, 1906, to be the time, and the Courthouse at Raglan to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Saturday, the 24th day of November, 1906, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the office of the Raglan Printing and Publishing Company (Limited) at Raglan to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
