NEW ZEALAND STEEL COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that a special extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the New Zealand Steel Company (Limited) was held at the company’s office, on 10th September, when the following resolutions were passed:—

  1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
  2. “That Henry Andrew Gordon be appointed Liquidator.”
    A special extraordinary meeting of shareholders in the said company was held at the company’s office on 1st October, when the above-mentioned resolutions were confirmed.

NOTICE.

THE Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, ALEXANDER McLEOD and THOMAS McGILLIVRAY, carrying on business at No. 9 Dowling Street, Dunedin, as Tailors, under the style or firm of “McLeod and McGillivray,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 15th day of September, 1906.

The business will be carried on at the above address by Thomas McGillivray, who will pay all debts due by the late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.

PLEASE take notice that, by deed of dissolution bearing even date herewith, the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOSEPH HENRY HARRIS, of Woodville, Stockdealer, and PATRICK O’CONNOR, of Napier, Butcher, trading as Butchers at Napier and Port Ahuriri, under the firm-name of “O’Connor and Harris,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the day of the date hereof.
