LANGDALE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being Section No. 16, Town of Langdale (Suburbs). Bounded towards the north by Section No. 15; towards the east by a public road; towards the south by Section No. 3; and towards the west by Section No. 3: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 53499, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Limits of Motueka Harbour defined.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the ninth section of “The Harbours Act, 1878,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby define the limits of the Harbour of Motueka, in the said colony, to be,—
All that area covered by the sea and by the tidal waters of the same commencing at the eastern end of the southern boundary of Section 20, Block VIII, of the Motueka Survey District, at high-water mark on the western shore of Tasman Bay; proceeding thence along high-water mark of Tasman Bay and of the Moutere Mud-flat to the north-western corner of Section 204; thence along the north-west and north-east side of a public road forming the north-west and north-east boundaries of Sections 203 and 202 respectively to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 202; thence across the Moutere River on a prolongation of the aforesaid north-eastern boundary of Section 202 to the public road forming the eastern boundary of Section 172 of Block VII, Motueka Survey District; thence along the seaward side of the said road to the southern boundary of Part 3 of Section 173 of said Block VII; thence along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of the said section to a public road; thence along the seaward side of the said road to the southern boundary of Part 3 of Section 170 of said Block VII; thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of the said section to a public road; thence across the said public road and along the northern side thereof; thence along the south-eastern and eastern sides of a public road to the south-western corner of Section 144 of Block IV, Motueka Survey District; thence along the southern boundary of the said Section 144 to high-water mark on the eastern side of the Moutere Mud-flat; thence along high-water mark to the public road round the Spit at the south-eastern extremity of Section 144; thence across the road, and thence along the seaward side of the road to a point on high-water mark on the eastern side of the Spit at the south-eastern corner of Section 132; thence along high-water mark of the said Spit and the seaward side of a road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 126 of said Block IV; thence due west across the Motueka River to a public road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence in a general northerly direction along the eastern side of the road to a road across the mud-flat to Section 92; thence across the last-mentioned road; thence in a southerly direction along the western side of a public road to its intersection with the road forming the northern boundary of Section 27; thence westerly along the northern side of the last-mentioned road to its intersection with the road forming the eastern boundary of part Section 52; thence northerly along the eastern side of the last-mentioned road to the end thereof; thence along the high-water mark to the road forming the northern boundary of Section 52; thence along the northern side of the said road to the south-eastern corner of Section 66; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of the said Section 66 to its north-western corner; thence northerly across the Riwaka River and along the eastern side of a public road to its intersection with the road forming the southern boundary of Reserve E; thence easterly along the south side of said road to its intersection with the road across the mud-flat to Section 92, across the last-mentioned road, and thence in a general northerly direction along the seaward side of the road forming the boundaries of Reserve E and Section 67 to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section XIX, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence due east three miles; thence in a straight line to the point of commencement: as the said area is delineated on the plan marked M.D. 2997, deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington.

Changing the Purpose of a Portion of a Reserve in Auckland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve heretofore duly set apart for a site for a cemetery, being a reserve within Class I of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” and such land has not been vested in trust in any society, body corporate, or trustees:
And whereas it is expedient that such land shall be appropriated for a site for a public school, being a reserve within Class III of the aforesaid Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the second section of “The Public Reserves Act Amendment Act, 1889,” do by this notification declare that the said reserve shall, from and after the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, be appropriated for a site for a public school under Class III of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881”; and I do hereby direct that this notification shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Section No. 22A, Block X, Hukerenui Survey District. Bounded towards the east by Sections Nos. 1 and 23, Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, 425·4 and 483·6 links respectively; towards the south by Section No. 31 of the said Block X, 805 links; towards the west by Section No. 9 of the said block, 483·6 links; towards the north by Section No. 22 of the said block, 780 links; again towards the west by Section No. 22 aforesaid, 443·2 links; and again towards the north by the Great North Road, 30·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53761/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.
