Notifying Land in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Notifying Lands in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

Makoura Village is situated in the Salisbury Block at the junction of the Makoura and Makiekie Roads. The access is from Apiti, about nine miles distant by metalled road. The above sections, which are felled and in grass, are somewhat steep at the back, but have fairly easy sloping land fronting the Makoura Road.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Site for the Deposit and Disposal of Nightsoil or Refuse, Campbelltown (Bluff).
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the provisions of section fifty-nine of “The Public Health Act, 1900,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby consent to the Mayor and Councillors of the Borough of Campbelltown setting apart the reserve granted as an endowment in aid of the borough funds, being Sections 3, 4, and 5, Block V, Campbelltown, as a site for the deposit and disposal of nightsoil or refuse.
As witness my hand, at Wellington, this sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Trustee, in the place of Niel Anderson, removed from the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Matahuru Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

to be Trustees, in the place of Alonzo Wisdom, Albert Gunn, and William Noble, resigned, and Thomas Dickie, removed from the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Cobden Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Dinan, jun., previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
