Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 23, Township of Ohau. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 22, Township of Ohau; towards the east by a public road 1 chain wide; towards the south by Section No. 24 of the said township; and towards the west by Section No. 43 of the said township: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 41378, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For municipal purposes.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, being Section No. 22, Township of Ohau. Bounded towards the north by a public road 1 chain wide; towards the east by a public road 100 links wide; towards the south by Section No. 23, Township of Ohau; and towards the west by Section No. 43 of the said township: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 41378, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a post and telegraph office.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 168, Block VIII, Raetihi Township. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 1 chain wide; towards the south-east by Section No. 169, Block VIII, Raetihi Township; towards the south-west by Section No. 174 of the said Block VIII; and towards the north-west by Section No. 167 of the said Block VIII: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 37787/33, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. For a site for a public pound.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block III, Mangaweka South Township. Bounded towards the north by a public road 1 chain wide; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 2 and 3 of the said Block III; towards the south-west by a public road 1 chain wide: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55697, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For municipal purposes.

Land temporarily reserved in the Nelson Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 29 acres and 24 perches, more or less, being Section No. 3a, Square 23, Block VI, Wakapuaka Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a Native reserve, 900 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 81 of the said Square 23, Block VI, Wakapuaka Survey District, 3239·7 links; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 87 and 82, 900 links; and towards the north-west by
Section No. 3, 3237·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55343, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For an endowment for primary education.

Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 2000 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 12 in the said block, 300 links; towards the south-west by said Section No. 12, 2000 links; and towards the north-west by said Section No. 12, 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55691, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For gravel purposes.
