Trustees for the Tuakau Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

CHARLES DROMGOOL,
FRANK BARKER DOBSON,
THOMAS WILLIAM LAPWOOD,
JOHN LOGAN, and
HERBERT OLDHAM

to be Trustees, in the place of Hugh Hamilton Abbott, Samuel Sitton Abbott, James Boyer Brown, William Jones, and James Smith, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Tuakau Public Cemetery, in conjunction with James Bovill, John Poland, and William Booker, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six.
