UNDER “THE PRIVATE ESTATES BILLS ACT, 1867.”—WI PERE ESTATES BILL.
I HEREBY give notice that it is my intention to apply by petition for the passing of a Private Estate Act entitled “The Wi Pere Estates Act, 1906,” by the General Assembly at the ensuing sittings of Parliament.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF COMPANY.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the affidavit and application of Alfred Burnett and Thomas Allison, two shareholders of the Pumice Filter Tobacco-pipe Company (Limited).
I HEREBY notify that no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me, as by the said Act required, I do now declare such company to be dissolved.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us in the business heretofore carried on by us, at Christchurch and elsewhere, as Commission Merchants, has been dissolved as from the 30th day of June last.
Any debts owing to the late firm are to be paid to Mr. H. P. Wynne, who will pay any and all claims against the said partnership, and who will from this date carry on the business in his own name.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE JOHN WALLACE and GEORGE COOPER, carrying on business as Agricultural Engineers in Latter Street, Timaru, under the style or firm of “Wallace and Cooper,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of July, 1906. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said George John Wallace, who will carry on the business in future under the same style as before.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
In the matter of the Morning Light Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 20th day of October, 1906, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Francis William Payne, of 91A Princes Street, Dunedin, Civil Engineer, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
