MINING NOTICES.
THE TANIWHA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Lawrence on the 16th day of July, 1906, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting Alexander McLean, of Lawrence, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

In the matter of the Morning Light Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on the 10th day of August, 1906, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and at the same meeting Francis William Payne, of 91a Princes Street, Dunedin, Civil Engineer, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
Dated at Dunedin, this sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
Evidence of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 17, folio 266, in favour of TARIHIRA KERETI, of Wanganui, for Allotment 103, Parish of Maungakaramea, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
