provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and its
amendments, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the publication hereof.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in
the matter of Dunne’s Non-refillable Bottle Company
(Limited).
I, SAMUEL JACOBS, Chairman of Dunne’s Non-
refillable Bottle Company (Limited), do hereby cer-
tify that the following extraordinary resolution was duly
passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the share-
holders of the said company, duly convened, and held at
No. 9, Liverpool Street, Dunedin, on the 19th day of
January, 1906, at 4 p.m.: that is to say, “That it has been
proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and
that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly
that the company be wound up voluntarily”; also that
JAMES MITCHELL ELLIS GARROW, of Dunedin, Solicitor, was
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the
company.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of
“The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held at
the offices of Messrs. E. W. Mills and Co. (Limited), Jervois
Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the 15th day of February,
1906, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying
an account before such meeting showing the manner in which
the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the
company disposed of, and of offering any explanation the
Liquidator may wish to give; and also of determining, by
extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liqui-
dator thereof, shall be disposed of.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the
matter of Wilson, Thompson, and Company (Limited).
BY an order made in the above matters by His Honour
Sir Robert Stout, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of the said
Court, dated the 18th day of January, 1906, upon the
petition of Symon and Company (Limited) praying that
an order might be made for the winding-up by the Court
of the above-named Wilson, Thompson, and Company
(Limited), it was ordered that the voluntary winding-up of
the said Wilson, Thompson, and Company (Limited) be
continued, but subject to the supervision of the Court; and
that any proceedings under the said voluntary winding-up
might be adopted as the Court should think fit. And it was
further ordered, by consent of all parties appearing on the
said petition, that JAMES ASHCROFT, the Official Assignee in
Bankruptcy for the Wellington District, be a Supervisor for
the purpose of assisting and advising the Liquidator in the
said voluntary winding-up, and that the said James Ash-
croft as such Supervisor should have all the rights and
powers given to a Supervisor by “The Companies Act,
1903,” and that the Liquidator should in all things proceed
as if the said Supervisor had been appointed under the pro-
visions of the said Act; and that NORMAN HOWARD MAXWELL
DALSTON, as Liquidator in the said voluntary winding-up,
should, on the 18th day of April next, and on the same day in
each third succeeding month, file in the Supreme Court a
quarterly report in writing as to the position and progress
of the said winding-up, and as to the realisation of the assets
of the said Wilson, Thompson, and Company (Limited), and
as to any other matters connected with the said winding-up
as the Court should from time to time direct; and that the
petitioner and creditors and Liquidator, and all other per-
sons interested, should be at liberty to apply to the Court as
there might be occasion; and that the costs of the petitioner
be taxed and paid out of the assets of the said Wilson,
Thompson, and Company (Limited), and that the costs of
all other parties appearing on the said petition be reserved.
