of the affairs of the said company on the 31st December,
1905; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true, and by virtue of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

In the matter of the Daylight Gold-dredging Company
(Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened, and held
at the registered office of the company, No. 14, Bond Street,
Dunedin, on the 23rd day of January, 1906, the following
extraordinary resolution was passed unanimously:—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and accordingly that it is advisable to
wind up the company voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting GEORGE BLYTH and WALTER
JOHN GUTHRIE, of Dunedin, were appointed Liquidators for
the purposes of such winding-up.

THE INCHDALE GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
held at the Stock Exchange on the 18th December,
1905, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily. This resolution was confirmed on the 8th January,
1906, and carried. Mr. JOHN R. HOOPER was appointed
Liquidator, with an advisory Board consisting of Messrs.
Cook, Arkle, and Denniston.
