Notifying Lands in Nelson Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

Seaford Village is situated on the north shore of Pakawau Inlet, Golden Bay, about eight miles by road from the Town of Collingwood.

Trustees for the Levin Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Levin Borough Council. All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by ad- measurement 5 acres, more or less, being Rural Section No. 29, Block I, Waipehu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 28; towards the south-east by Section No. 10 (suburban), Township of Levin; towards the south-west by Makomako Road; and towards the north-west by Tirotiro Road; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 18161, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Trustees for the Cabbage Bay Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882;” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket. the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by ad- measurement 10 acres. more or less, being Section No. 15, Block V, Harataunga Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a line, 919 links; towards the east by the Moehau No. 3E3 Block, 682 links; towards the south by a road, 14, 403, 250, 180, 297, and 80 links; and towards the west by a line, 1110 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22556, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons named in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1900,” at the places set opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two- hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
