Vesting a Reserve in the Stafford Literary Institute (Incorporated).
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1906.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for the uses of a literary institute:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Stafford Literary Institute (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Stafford Literary Institute (Incorporated), in trust, for the uses of a literary institute.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 perches, more or less, being Section No. 47 (Reserve No. 75, in red), Town of Stafford; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55255/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Inglewood Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1906.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and three, delegating powers to the Inglewood Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint
THE INGLEWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Inglewood Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Inglewood Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Rata Street, Inglewood, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 25 acres 3 roods 30·3 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 73, 85, 135, 148, 162, 175, 185, 197, 204, 213, 224, 228, 230, 292, and part of 181, Town of Inglewood. Bounded towards the north-east by Humphries Street; towards the south-east generally by Wortley Road, Section No. 293 (cemetery reserve), and a public road; towards the south-west by Junction Road; and towards the west generally by Section No. 231, Elliot Street, Section No. 218, again by Elliot Street, Sections Nos. 122, 109, 97, again by Elliot Street, and Sections Nos. 61, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 50479, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Minister in Charge of Department of Tourist and Health Resorts appointed to have Control of the Hanmer Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1906.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such person or persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to have, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint the Minister in Charge of the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint
THE MINISTER IN CHARGE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURIST AND HEALTH RESORTS
to have the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

HANMER DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 64 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3656, in red (formerly Section 39), of Block II, Lyndon Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Hanmer Plains Reserve, as set aside by notification dated the 8th day of February, 1860, and published in the New Zealand Gazette (Province of Nelson) No. 2, of the 11th day of February, 1860; towards the east and towards the south by the Main North Road leading to the Hanmer Township; and towards the west by the road leading to Jack’s Pass: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51133/13, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and six, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:
