In the Land District of Auckland; as the same area is delineated upon a plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Notice of Intention to take Lands for a Road through Sections 26 and 18, Block X, Te Papa Parish, Tauranga County.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” to execute a certain work, to wit, the construction of a road through Block X, Tauranga Survey District, Te Papa Parish, Tauranga County, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plan of the said road, and of the lands so required to be taken, is deposited in the Post-office at Tauranga, and is there open for inspection. And notice is also given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister for Public Works.
