Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Section 15, Block VIII, Harataunga Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Coromandel County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Harataunga Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

Approximate Area of Road hereby closed. Adjoining or passing through Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 10 3 21·8 15 VIII Harataunga.. R. 7917 Green.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Section 1 and Block V, Pirongia Survey District, Kawhia County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagee of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Kawhia County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Pirongia Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of Land hereby proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Lillburn Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
