N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, NEWMAN MEIDER and WILLIAM BowDEN MORTON, carrying on business as Bottle-merchants, at Auckland, under the style or firm of "Meider and Morton," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 2nd day of April, 1906. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned Newman Meider, by whom alone the business will in future be carried on.
